We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs.
We will agree a written service and payment agreement with you when we discuss your mortgage requirements. The service and payment agreement will say the service we will provide and the agreed payment.
If we are instructed to arrange your mortgage we charge a fee of 0.5% of the mortgage amount, for example £500 for a £100,000 mortgage, half payable when you return the service and payment agreement to us instructing us to arrange your mortgage and the payment is for completing your mortgage fact find financial review, conducting research and recommending a lender for you; and half payable on completion for administrating your mortgage application from submission to completion.
Any commission we receive for the mortgage from the lender will be refunded to you. We will inform you how much the commission refund will be before your mortgage application is processed.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
