We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs.
For our insurance services we can be paid by commission or a fixed fee. If you choose the fixed fee option the commission from the insurance company will be refunded to you by reducing the monthly premium.
We will agree a written service and payment agreement with you when we discuss your insurance requirements. The service and payment agreement will say the service we will provide and the agreed method of payment, whether by commission or fee.
Fixed fee service
Our fixed fee service is as follows. We charge a fee of £500 for each contract of insurance we arrange for you. The fee is payable when you return the service and payment agreement to us instructing us to arrange your insurance and the payment is for completing your insurance fact find financial review, conducting research and recommending an insurance for you, and administrating your insurance application. We reserve the right to vary our fee with individual customer agreed remuneration if your insurance requirements are unusual or particularly complicated.
